Privacy Information
According
to the Italian art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003 and in relation with the
personal data that ASSOlaw will collect, we inform you as follows:

Purpose
of the privacy act. Processing of
personal data is used only to perform the purposes of ASSOlaw
correctly.

Arrangement
of processing personal data.
Processing follows the operation pointed in the art. 4 paragraph 1:
collection, recording, organization, conservation, consultation,
processing, amendment, selection, removal, comparison, use,
interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and data
destruction. Operation may be done with or without electronic
instruments. Processing is made by the boss and/or the people
engaged on the processing.

Contribution
of the data. Contribution of the
personal data is necessary for the proceeding mentioned above.

Removal
of the contribution of the personal data.
If the member does not allow the activities in the privacy act, he
cannot follow the association activities.

Data
communication. Personal data can be
known by members and all the people that work in the association,
including the external members.

Publication.
Personal data cannot be distributed.

Submission
of data from foreign countries.
Personal data can be distributed in European and third countries
according to the purpose in the first point.

Rights
of the person concerned. The art. 7
gives specified rights to the person concerned: one is the
confirmation of the existence of the personal data and their layout
in an intelligible way. The person concerned has the right to know
the source of data, the purposes and the arrangements of processing
personal data, the identification data of the boss and of the people
who deal with the data. The person concerned has also the right of
updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation,
transformation in anonymous work or block of data used in
infringement of the law. The boss has the right to oppose, for
legally reason, the processing personal data.
